Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of institutional ownership, leverage, audit quality and company size on the cost of equity capital in property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The samples used were as many as 83 companies. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. Data analysis using SPSS 24.0 test tool by descriptive statistics, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The results showed that institutional ownership has an effect on the cost of equity capital, leverage has no effect on the cost of equity capital, the quality of audit has no effect on the cost of equity capital and the size of the company has no effect on the cost of equity capital.
