Abstract

This study is an experimental study that aims to examine the relationship between financial literacy and the level of public acceptance of financial technology towards financial inclusion. A sample of 225 respondents was taken in the Surabaya area by means of purposive sampling. Characteristics of respondents such as they are domiciled in Surabaya and have a bank account for more than one month. By using Multiple Regression Analysis on WrapPLS 7.0, this study found that financial literacy has a positive and insignificant relationship with financial inclusion while financial technology has a significant positive relationship with financial inclusion.
