Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of net income, free cash flow, firm size and growth on an estimate of future operating cash flows. In this study, future operating cash flows are measured using operating activities obtained from the company's net cash flow from operating activities after the year of observation or ln (operating cash flow) t + 1. This study focuses on property, real estate and building construction service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research is a quantitative research. The sample used in this study is property, real estate and building construction service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2014-2018 period. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method with a sample size of 195 companies during the observation period of 5 years. By using secondary data from financial reports. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Ver test alau. 16. The results of this study indicate that net income and firm size have no effect on future operating cash flows, while free cash flow and growth have an effect on future operating cash flows.
