Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, solvency, firm size, KAP size, and audit opinion on audit delay. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique and resulted in a sample of 675 samples. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, it shows that the profitability variable has a negative effect on audit delay. Meanwhile, solvency variables, company size, KAP size, and audit opinion have no negative effect on audit delay
