Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the quality of the product, promotion, price and the perception of the customer's decision to use the savings bank Simpeda in Surabaya East Java branch. This research method using quantitative research methods using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents bank customers in Surabaya East Java. This study is causal. Samples taken in this study are customers of the bank in Surabaya East Java that has met the criteria of researchers, including a minimum of 19 years old, how many times customers come directly to the banks of East Java, and East Java has become the bank's customers for how many years. The data used in this study are primary data and gathering data using questionnaires with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this peneltiian using validity and reliability test, descriptive analysis, statistical analysis, and assumptions of classical linear regression. As well as assisted with SPSS 20. The results obtained from this penelitina composed of four variables studied, only three variables are positive and significant, then the other variables significant negative effect on the customer's decision to use the savings bank Simpeda in Surabaya East Java branch ,. Keywords : Quality of product, promotion , price and the perception of the customer's decision to use the savings
