Abstract
The objective of this research is to investigate the effect of dividend policy, debt policy, profitability, and likuidity to firm value of consumer goods industry sector. Population of this research is consumer goods insdustry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling and the results are 12 companies according to the criteria of the sample. Pooling data methode is use multiple regression analysis. Based on hypothesis test it can be summarized that all predictor have siginificant effect simultaneously. Debt policy and profitability has positive and significant effect to the firm value partially, dividend policy hasn’t significant to the firm value partially. Likudity has negative and no significant to the firm value partially. Keywords : Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Profitability, Likuidity.
