Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of financial knowledge, income, and financial attitude on the saving behavior of people in the Gerbangkertasusila region (Gresik, Bangkalan, Mojokerto, Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Lamongan). The sample in this study consisted of 244 respondents form the people in Gerbangkertosusila region. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The statistical test tool used is WarpPLS 7.0. The results showed that financial attitudes had a significant positive effect on saving behavior, financial knowledge, and income had a positive and insignificant effect on saving behavior, and internal locus of control mediates the effect of financial attitude on saving behavior.
