Abstract
Financial performance is carried out to measure the company's achievement from a financial side. Calculation of financial performance using ROA and ROE. To improve financial performance, one company needs to pay attention to financial management activities properly. This study aims to analyze the effect of FATO, ITO, and WCTO either partially or simultaneously on the company's financial performance with firm size as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The data used in this research is secondary data, namely in the form of financial reports published by the IDX. The sample in this study were 97 companies. This study uses purposive sampling method in determining the sample and multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results show that partially FATO, ITO, and WCTO have a significant positive effect on company financial performance, and simultaneously there is a significant influence between FATO, ITO, and WCTO on company financial performance and firm size strengthens the influence of WCTO on company financial performance.
