Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine whether this is a variable LDR, IPR, LAR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR on ROA in the Regional Development Banks partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study was BPD Papua, Riau and Riau Islands BPD, BPD North Sumatra and East Kalimantan BPD. Data and collecting methode in this research uses secondary data. Data using multiple linear regression analysis of the data analysis. Based on calculation and result fom SPSS 16.0 states that LDR, IPR, LAR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously have a significant impact on ROA in the Regional Development Banks. LAR significant positive effect on ROA in the Regional Development Banks. And IPR has a positive effect on ROA insignificant Regional Development Bank. NPL, APB, and FBIR insignificant negative effect on ROA in the Regional Development Banks. Keywords: LIQUIDITY RATIO, ASSET QUALITITY, SENSITIVITY, AND EFFICIENCY
