Abstract
This research was conducted to examine the effect of liquidity, profitability and firm size on dividend policy. Data in this reseach was collected by secondary method with documentation technique. The population in this study are LQ45 listed companies from 2014-2018. Sample was gathered by Purposive Sampling. Multiple regression analysis used as the analytical method. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Liquidity, profitability and firm size simultaniously has an effect on dividend policy 2) Liquidity does not affect dividend policy 3) Profitability has an effect on dividend policy 4) Firm size has an effect on dividend policy.
