Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, growth,insider ownership,free cash flow, and total assets turnover to dividend policy in the manufacturing companie. The populations in this study are manufacturing companies that publish financial reports in a row and complete period 2015-2019 many as company samples 269. The analysis technique used is 269 research samples were collected by using purposive judgement sampling. The results of this study show that liquidity, profitability, growth, and free cash flow have a positive significan effect to dividend policy. insider ownership and total assets turnover have no effect to dividend policy in the manufacturing companies.
