Abstract
This research was conducted at Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Sumenep Branch Office. One of the products at the Bank Jatim Consumer Asset-Based Consumption Credit. The purpose of this study is to determine the requirements for applying for a property-backed consumption credit, to find out the procedure for disbursing a property-backed consumption credit, to find out the obstacles in granting a property-backed consumption credit. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Based on research, the Property-Backed Consumption credit at Bank Jatim is designated for Civil Servants (PNS), employees of BUMN / BUMD, Members of the TNI, POLRI, Employees of private companies, and the general public.
