Abstract
This study aims to find out how MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) owners record cash receipts and cash disbursements before the implementation of the Cash Receipts and Cash Disbursements Accounting System, and also to find out what problems that often arise related to accounting and finance in MSMEs. After knowing the problems that arise then the next thing that can be done is to find a solution on how to minimize and even solve existing problems so that they do not occur in the future and also to provide solutions and information on the importance of applying the accounting system to an MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). In searching for information related to the cash receipts and cash expenditure transitions, the authors chose a descriptive qualitative research method in which this qualitative descriptive method was carried out with direct observation to produce a more detailed understanding of a problem. After conducting research in the period from March to July the results that can be achieved by the author is to get an understanding of the transaction how MSME owners and cashiers in recording cash inflows or cash out at MSMEs, what are problems that often arise and have not been resolved and can also draw conclusions, solutions and provide new information and insights into how the impact is created if the MSME Shop Rino does not implement an accounting system of cash receipts and cash disbursements in sales and inventory purchase
