Abstract
The needs of fulfilled life was the essence of every individual against their increase of budget. Those things was pushed the public for apply a loans as effective solution in order to fulfilled their future. Credit is generally defined as a contractual agreement in which a borrower receives something of value now and agrees to repay the lender at a later date. The most common type of credit that used by the public is Kredit Kupedes Rakyat. This research using descriptive method, which located on PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The Unit Office in Pacar Keling Surabaya. The result of study showed that kredit kupedes rakyat was for borrower which has a stable income every month. This payment loans start from to fulfilled their daily need until their business. Become the user of Kredit Kupedes Rakyat have to knowledge in business at least one year, also have three insurances which divide into life insurance, loan insurance and business insurance. Key words : Credit procedure,Credit Kupedes Rakyat, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia
