Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return on Assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio and operating expenses to operating income to non performing loans at Private national foreign exchange commercial banks (BUSNND) period 2015 to 2019. The samples are collected using purposive sampling method is the selection of the sample with certain criteriaand resulted 150 companies become the final sample. Data were collected from financial report or annual report, then data analyzed by descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear. The result of this study concluded: (1) Capital adequacy ratio, Loan to deposit ratio and operating expenses to operating income have influence to non performing loan of the Private national foreign exchange commercial banks registered in OJK. (2) Return on assets has not influence to non performing loan of the Private national foreign exchange commercial banks registered in OJK.
