Abstract
The purpose of this study whether the IPR, LAR, IRR, BOPO and FBIR have significant influence simultaneously of partially toward Return On Assets in Malayan Banks. The sampels are eight banks, namely: Affin Bank Berhad, Cimb Bank Berhad, Malayan Bank Berhad, Public Bank, RHB Bank Berhad, AM Bank Berhad, Alliance Bank Berhad, Hongleong Bank Berhad. Collection methods in the research is collection data from publication financial report of Malayan banks in Bank Malaysia website start from since 2009 to since 2013. Data analysis techiques in this research is descriptive analysis and use of multiple linear regression analyzes. The result showed that the IPR, LAR, IRR, BOPO, FBIR have a significant effect on ROA simultaneously on the Malayan Banks. Partially IRR have a significant influence toward ROA, but the other side happened to, IPR, LAR, IRR, BOPO, and FBIRwhich don’t have a significant influence toward ROA. And the last result, the dominant variable which influencing ROA is IRR. Keywords :malayanbank, liquidity, sensitivity to market risk and efficiency.
