Abstract
The research was conducted at Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Surabaya Main Office. One loan product at Bank Jatim is Multipurpose Loans. The purpose of the research is to find out the procedure for multipurpose loans. The research method used is descriptive data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Based on research, Multipurpose Loans at Bank Jatim are intended for Civil Servants (PNS), Candidates Civil Servants (CPNS), Employees / Candidates BUMN / BUMD Employees, TNI / POLRI Members, Legislative Members, Private Company Employees, Retired and Retired Employees, Employees Contracts, honorary staff and village officials whose salary is paid through the relevant bank or there is an MOU collaboration with the bank concerned.
