Abstract
The research abaout bond still lack compared to the research about stock in Indonesia. It was because data limitation and this instrument relative newer than stock. Athough recently bond instrument begin frequently sold and traded in Indonesia. This research aims to test the effect of bond liquidity, maturity, and yield of the bond prices of the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data in this study is secondary data which provided by Indonesia Stock Exchange and Indonesian Bond Market Directory. The study is using purposive sampling and 207 bond were obtained as sample in this study in the period 2010-2012. This test analysis is using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study showed that bond liquidity, maturity, and yield simultaneously and significantly effect on bond prices. Partially bond liquidity have negative and insignificant impact toward bond prices, maturity have positive and significant effect on bond prices and yield have negative and insignificant effect on bond prices.
