Abstract
ABTRACT This study aims for prediction of Institusional Ownenrship, Profitability and Growth on dividend policy in property & real estate companies. Object of the study were 48 property & real estate companies wich is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015 to 2018. The independent variable in this study was measured by Dividen Payout Ratio. The sample is determined by using purposive sampling method. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The result showed that Institusional Ownenrship, Profitability and Growth had significant effect on Dividend Policy. Key words :Institusional Ownenrship, Profitability, Growth, Dividen Policy, Dividen Payout Ratio.
