Abstract
Loan services have important tasks for the banking industry. The task of loan service is to provide excellent service for customers so that customers become loyal to the bank. The purpose of this study are: (1) to find out the loan service service standards when serving customers (2) the application of excellent service performed by loan services (3) the obstacles faced by loan services in an effort to implement excellent service. This study uses literature study and interviews through related parties in the subject area, namely PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Tulungagung Sub-Branch Office. Based on research conducted, it is known that loan service at Bank BTN KCP Tulungagung has implemented excellent service to provide satisfaction to its customers.
