Abstract
Rural Bank (BPR) is a bank conducting business activities conventionally or based on syariah principles which in its activities do not provide service in payment traffic. Deposits are deposits of third party funds to banks whose withdrawals can only be made within a certain period. The purpose of this research is to know the requirements of opening and disbursement deposits, to know the procedure of opening and disbursement deposits, and obstacles of opening and disbursement deposits. This research method uses descriptive analysis method with observation and interview methods. This research is expected to find several problems associated with to know the requirements of opening and disbursement deposits, to know the procedure of opening and disbursement deposits, and obstacles of opening and disbursement deposits. In opening a deposits at PT BPR Sumber Artha Waru Agung there are obstacles including lack of signature, do not want to include a NPWP, depositors are less open in conveying the origin of funds, and ask for additional interest Keywords: Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR), Deposits, Procedure
