Abstract
This research was conducted at Bank Mandiri Surabaya Youth Branch Office. At Bank Mandiri providing multipurpose credit granted to debtors who have an employment letter. The purpose of this study is to determine the procedure for applying for multipurpose loans. The research method used is descriptive with data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Based on research, the benefits of multipurpose loans are as an easy, fast financing alternative with a high ceiling amount. In multipurpose credit installment payments are made every month in accordance with the period that has been given.
