Abstract
Credit in banking is a very important part. Therefore, all parties must understand one another about the procedure for granting credit. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for granting credit. This study uses a field observation method in the subject's place, namely the East Java Regional Development Bank of the Bojonegoro Branch and a literature study related to references related to credit granting procedures. This research is expected to be able to find a number of problems related to knowing the requirements for applying for credit, procedures for granting credit, ceilings and installments, at the East Java Regional Development Bank Bojonegoro Branch. The conclusion in this study will be useful for the Regional Development Bank of East Java and prospective bank customers. In addition, this research can also be useful for readers.
