Abstract
This research was conducted at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Surabaya Gubeng Sub-Branch Office as the object of research with the implementation of the marketing of deposit products. The purpose of this research is to find out and know the products and procedures for the deposit and the process of marketing the deposit products at Bank Rakyat Indonesia, the sub-branch of Gubeng Surabaya. With the implementation of marketing tailored to the circumstances and various ways to attract customers. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research and data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation. Based on the research conducted, it is known that the implementation of deposit marketing has 2 (two) ways, namely the implementation of marketing from within, namely the Bank that has a collaboration with BRI such as BRILINK or customers who come to the Bank to open a deposit. And the implementation of external marketing, namely Funding Officers who approach customers with family approach to attract customers to open deposits or look for customer references that are capable and willing to open deposit products.
