Abstract
Companies in carrying out their activities to achieve the goals set must exercise control. The controls implemented must provide benefits, in this case being able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of operations. Control also aims to make things go according to plan. The intended control is internal control over the credit sales system. Krian X Company is engaged in cutting chicken and producing processed chicken meat. The sales system used is on credit. So the need for strict supervision in every sales procedure carried out by the company. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the internal control of the credit sales system at the Krian X Company. This study uses a descriptive method of internal control of the credit sales system that refers to the framework of the elements of internal control. The test results show that overall the internal control of the credit sales system is effective, where the company has applied the concepts and principles of internal control.
