Abstract
Research carried out at the National Family Planning Population Agency in East Java Province (BKKBN). In the process of reporting the Special Allocation Fund, BKKBN uses the Morena Application which can be accessed through the official website. The purpose of this research is to find out the procedures for using the Morena Application properly and correctly. The research method used is descriptive by conducting interviews about the procedures for reporting using the application morena. The Morena application is used by all BKKBN for its Special Allocation Funds reporting process, has a good application display and is easy to use. However, the reporting process of the Special Allocation Fund is still late
