Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that caused the decline of ROA in Regional Development Banks. The research sample consist of three banks which were Regional Development Bank of Central Kalimantan, Regional Development Bank Southeast Sulawesi, Regional Development Bank Lampung. Variabel used to measure the liquiduty risk were LDR,IPR and LAR. Asset Quality is NPL and APB, Sensitivity ia APB, Evisense is BOPO and FBIR. The type of data used in this study was secondary data and for sampling used purposive sampling technique. Data colletion method in this research was documentation. The analysis used was descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis consist of the F test and T test. The result of this study were the variables LDR, IPR, LAR, NPL, APB, IPR, BOPO and FBIR simultaneously had significant positive influence. BOPO partially had significant negative influence and LAR, FBIR, IRR partially had significant positive influence. BOPO had dominant influence among eight independent variables.
