Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of independent variable on the dependent variable. The independent variable is profitability, leverage, bord of commissioners size, institutional ownership, managerial ownership while the dependent variable is disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. The method used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample 295 companies. Data analysis was performed using spss 23 test y testing normality, descriptive statistics, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, F test, and t test. Based on the resultsof the study concluded that profitability, board of commissioners size, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership affect the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility, while for leverage does not affect the Corporate Social Responsibility.
