Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine to whether a variables IPR, LDR, LAR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, FBIR, and BOPO have a significant influence toward ROE on Regional Development Banks. The population in this study was Regional Development Bank, and sample in research are BPD Kalimantan Timur and Utara, BPD Sumatera Selatan and Bangka Belitung and BPD Sumatera Utara. Collection methods in this research was secondary data and documentation. The data are taken from publication of conventional regional development bank in website Otoritas Jasa Keuangan starts from the first quarter of 2014 to two quarter of 2019. Data analysis techniques in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of research show that variable IPR, LDR, LAR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, FBIR, and BOPO simultaneously have significant influene toward ROE on Regional Development Banks. LAR partially have influence positive significant effect on ROE. NPL, APB, and IRR partially have influence positive unsignificant toward ROE. PDN, BOPO partially have influence negative significant toward ROE. LDR, IPR and FBIR partially have influence negative unsignificant toward ROE on Regional Development Banks. The dominant variable which influencing ROE is LAR. Keywords: Liquidity Ratio, Asset Quality, Sensitivity, Efficiency, Profitability, Regional Development Banks.
