Abstract
This research was aimed to reveal the effect of cash conversion cycle, net working capital, growth opportunity and leverage on the cash holding in property and real estate companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchanges (IDX). The research period was the period years of 2015-2018. This reseach design was causal associative. The sample of this research was extracted using purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria, obtained 48 companies selected as sampel. This reseach used secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research was a multiple linier regression analysis. The result of this research showed that Cash Conversion Cycle, Net Working Capital, Growth Opportunity and Leverage had effetc on Cash Holding. The variance of dependent variable could be explained by independent variable 13.5% while tahe remaining was explained by others variabel outside the model.
