Abstract

This research aims to analyze the variables of LDR, IPR, LAR, NPL, APB, BOPO, FBIR and IRR significantly effect on ROA simultaneously and partially to the Regional Development Bank. The samples are three banks, namely BPD West Borneo, BPD South Borneo, and BPD East Nusa Tenggara. Collection methods in this research is collection data from the web of the financial services authority starts from the first uarte of 2014 to two quarter of 2019. Data analysis in this research is descriptive analysis and use of multiple linear regression analyzes. The result showed that the variables of LDR, IPR, LAR, NPL, APB, BOPO, FBIR and IRR have a significant effect on ROA simultaneously on Regional Development Banks. LDR, NPL, and IRR partially the positive effects that does not have a significant impact on ROA in the Regional Development Bank. IPR and FBIR partially have a significant positive effect on ROA in the Regional Development Bank.. LAR and APB partially have no significant negative effect on ROA in the Regional Development Bank. on the other hand, partially BOPO have a significant negative effect on ROA in the Regional Development Bank. Key words: Regional Development Bank, Liquidity ratio, Interest Sensitivity, Asset Quality, and Efficiency.
