Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, firm size, and corporate governance on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The variables examined in this study are profitability, firm size, audit comittee, independent commissioner, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership. The samples used were 258 companies. Sampling using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 20 by testing normality, descriptive statistics, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, F test, and t test. The results showed that firm size, audit comittee, independent commissioner, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership has an influence on firm value. While profitability have no influence on firm value. Keywords: profitability, firm size, corporate governance, firm value
