Abstract

The goal of this research is to find a picture of the knowledge and understanding of household financial management literacy carried out by housewives in muslim young family in Sidoarjo Regency and to find out the implementation of Islamic values in household financial management carried out by muslim young family in Sidoarjo. This type of research used qualitative method with case study analysis. Collecting data by conducting interview and observation with ten informants who are housewives of muslim young family in Sidoarjo. The result of this research is housewives in young family in Sidoarjo already understand and implement Islamic values in managing their household finance, such as setting aside a portion of their income to pay zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh. Young family in Sidoarjo also understand the importance of saving for married life. Keywords: Islamic Family Wealth Management, Literacy, Finance
