Abstract

In the banking world there are two things that must always be done to maintain the economic stability of a country. These two things are funding and lending activities. Funding activities are carried out to collect funds that exist in the community, while lending activities are activities carried out to channel funds that have been collected by the bank. These two activities are very important things, because when this activity is not balanced it will affect the economy of a country. In order to keep the above activities balanced, the bank issues products that aim to help balance the economy. One of these products is loan. Loan is a financial facility that allows a person or business entity to borrow money to buy a product and repay it within a specified period of time subject to interest. One kind of loan is working capital loans, namely loans given to customers who experience a lack of capital in the development of their business. The purpose of this study is to know the procedures for working capital loans in PD. BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan, barriers to providing working capital loans as well as the solutions applied to overcome them. Data obtained by observation and interview methods. Based on the results of PD. BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan has implemented the procedure for granting working capital loans properly.
