Abstract
This research aims to examine the effect of profitability (ROE), growth company (Growth), debt policy (DER), and firm size (SIZE) on dividend policy (DPR) in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. The sample in this study were 66 companies. The analysis technique in this study uses the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression. The result of this study indicate that profitability (ROE) and firm size (SIZE) have significant positive effect on dividend policy (DPR), while debt policy (DER) have a significant negative effect on profitability (ROE), and growth company (Growth) have no effect on dividend policy (DPR)
