Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of financial performance (return on assets, return on equity, earning per share, price earning ratio, and net profit margin) of the Stock Return. The data used in this research is a secondary data, namely Real Estate and Property companies listed on the Stock Exchange during 2011-2013 and using purposive sampling as the method of sampling. The analytical method which used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this experiments howed that the return on assets, return on equity, earning per share, price earning ratio and net profit margin can affect the stock return simultaneously. While partially shows that the only variable earning per share and price earning ratio is positive and significant effecton return on equity real estate and property company in indonesia. Keyword: Stock Return, Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Earning per Share,Price Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin.
