Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of financial innovation (Dummy Financial Inovation & Natural logarithm of ATM number), capital ratio (CAR), credit Risk (NPL), and liquidity ratio (LDR) to financial performance of the banking sector Registered with Otoritas Jasa Keuangan in year 2009-2018. This research is conducted in the banking company registered in the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) period 2009-2018. This study uses the Purposive Sampling method, the samples obtained by the total of 10 banking companies. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analyses. Based on analysis results found that financial innovation has no positive and insignificant effect on financial performance, the capital ratio (CAR) has no positive and insignificant effect on financial performance, credit risk (NPL) Negative and significant impact on financial performance, liquidity ratio (LDR) effect is positive and significant towards financial performance.
