Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the size of the board of commissioners, the size of the board of directors, the proportion of independent commissioners, the size of the audit committee on company’s financial performance. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and the population in this study was a consumer and goods sector manufacturing company registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 – 2018. The results of this study indicate that the size of the board of commissioners has a significant positive effect, the size of the board of directors has no significant negative effect, the proportion of independent commissioners has a significant positive effect, and the size of the audit committee has no significant positive effect. The implication of the research for many company should consider the size of board commissioner and independent commissioner to enhance financial performance.
