Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, and dividend policy simultaneously and partially on the firm value in property & real estate industry at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling method with purposive sampling method, with some predetermined kriteria, the number of samples is 12 prperty & real estate companies. The Research data secondary data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple linier regression analysis. The resultan showed that simultaneously capital structure, profitabilitas, and dividend policy affect the firma value. Partially capital structure, profitabilitas, and dividend policy has signifikan positif effect on firm value. Key Word: Capital Sructure, Profitability, Dividend Policy and Firm Value
