Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the Board of Directors, Profitability, Publiv Share Ownership on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility the selection of variables used in this study because the results of the study showed the results that had a significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibilit. The population in this study is the Banking Industri witch is listhed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling menthod uses purposive sampling so that the number of sa, ples obtained is 175 research samples. The analytical method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regission. The result showed that the Board of Directors, Profitability, public share ownership influence the disclosure of Corporate Sosial Responsiblity.
