Abstract
A high increase in corporate value is a long-term goal of corporate achievement that will be reflected in the stock market price because investors’ valuation of the company can be observed throught the movement of the company’s stock price. This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and financial performance on corporate value. The dependent variable used is firm value while the independent variables used are good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and financial performance. The sample of this study was chosen by using purposive sampling technique to get 17 food and beverages companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange during the period 2011-2015. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis as analytical technique. The result of this study show that good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility does not affect the value of the company, while the financial performance affect the value of the company.
