Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR), good corporate governance (GCG) and environmental performance to the financial performance. The research was motivated from the many differences in the results of previous studies. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The populasion used in this study are all food and beverage companies listes on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012-2015, while the samples used in the study were selected by purposive sampling according to criteria of judgment. Samples collected in this study were 14 companies. The results show that corporate social responsibility (CSR) have effect on the financial performance (ROA), good corporate governance (GCG) had no effect to financial performance (ROA) and environmental performace had no effect to financial performance (ROA).
