Abstract
Value of the firm is one of the objectives of the firm by way of maximixing the value of the stock. . There are several faktors that effect the value of the firm, but the authors only examined four variables, namely capital structure, profitability, liquidity and managerial ownership. The dependent variables were used in this study is the firm value, while the independent variable are capital structure, profitability, liquidity and managerial ownership. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study is a LQ 45 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2012-2015 period totaling 45 companies. The method of analysis of this study use meltiple linier regression. The results of thus study showed that capital structure with the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), profitability with the Return On Equity (ROE) , liquidity with the Current Ratio no effect of firm value that is measured by Price To Book Value, and managerial ownership effect of firm value Keywords : firm value, capital structure, profitability, liquidity, managerial ownership
