Abstract
Higher corporate value improvement is a long-term goal that should be achieved by the company that is reflected in the market price of its shares because investors' valuation of the company can be observed through the movement of stock price of the company. High corporate value becomes the desire for every owner of the company, because with high corporate value show high shareholder prosperity. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Capital Structure, Profitability, Liquidity, and Company Size on Corporate Value in Mining Sector companies. The research period is the year 2012-2015. Technique Selection of sample using technique of Purposive Sampling with some criterion and obtained by 13 company as research sample. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The result of data analysis concluded that the variable of capital structure does not have an effect on firm value, profitability variable influence to firm value, liquidity variable influence to firm value, and firm size variable has no effect to firm value.
