Abstract
The development of Indonesian economy can not be separated from the the banking role and sector as financial institutions for the real sector. In Indonesia, the banking system that is used is a dual banking system which operates in two types of bank business which are Syariah Bank and Conventional Bank. The aim of this study is to examine whether the Financial Deposit Ratio (FDR), Third Party Funds (DPK), Level Profit Sharing, and Non Performing Financing (NPF) affected the profit sharing finance (Mudharabah) that are registered to Indonesian banks in 2011-2015. The techniques of this study in determining the sample was conducted by using purposive sampling based on the selection criteria that the researcher had already specified. Hence, there are 11 syariah banking istitutions that are taken as the data sample. The results of the multiple linier regression model in this study indicate that the Financial Deposit Ratio (FDR) and third party funds (DPK) have a significant positive effect on financing profit sharing (mudharabah), while level profit sharing and non performing financing (NPF) are the result of significant negative effect on financing profit sharing (Mudharabah).
