Abstract
This study aimed to examine differences in preceptions of accounting students of men and women regarding tax evasion, and to examine differences in student perceptions in the field of financial accounting and accounting in the field of accounting audit and taxation on tax evasion. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires distribution by purposive sampling method on students at STIE Perbanas Surabaya. The number of accounting students who became the object of research as many as 141 students. This study used SPSS with different test data analysis mann whitney u-test. The results showed that there was no difference in perceptions of both gender and from both areas of specialization on tax evasion. Keywords :perception, tax and evasion
