Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variables Corporate Social Responsibility, Investment Decision and Financial Decision on the Value of Firm. The data used in this study is secondary data consisting of financial report data that is closing stock price, earning per share, total equity, total debt and book value per share. The sample used in this research is the mining sector companies listed in the stock exchange indonesian period 2011-2016 and selected 36 sample that have met the criteria of sample selection using purposive sampling method. The technique of data analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that corporate social responsibility effect on firm value, investment decison no effect on firm value and financial decision no effect on firm value.
