Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine whether the managerial ownership, dividend policy, profitability, free cash flow and business risk on debt policy of financial report in food and baverages companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis method used was multiple linear regression at the 0,05 level. The data used were secondary data and using sample food and beverages companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2012-2015 with total sample of 37 companies. These result indicate that the managerial ownership and profitability have a effect on debt policy. While the, dividend policy free cash flow and business risk has no effect on debt policy.
