Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of intellectual capital, ownership structure and firm size of the company profitability. The study population is 205 mining company 2012-2014. Sampling technique applied is purposive sampling, and the final sample are 78 companies. The method used in study is a partial least square (PLS). The result show that intellectual capital have a positive and significant effect to company profitability while variable ownership structure have a negative and significant effect to company profitability. However, variable firm size has no effect on the company profitability. These result indicate that there is some influence of the eksogen variable on the endogen variable are weak, it indicates there are other factors that can effect the dependent variable in this study, for the future researcher, it can be used as a reference in the development of research Key words : intellectual capital, ownership structure, firm size, and company profitability
