Abstract

An investors who will invested their funds in bonds securities should pay attention of bond yields because the yields can provide information of the benefits to be received on the funds invested. This study aims to examine the influence of interest rate SBI, debt to equity, independent commissioner, and audit committee on bond yield in banking sector period 2011-2015. The type of this research is the study of quantitative by using secondary data. The data used in this research is the financial statements that have been audited and published. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The independent variables in this study are interest rate SBI, debt to equity, independent commissioner, and audit committee. The dependent variable is bond yield. The number of observation as much as 105 sample data. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 21 software. Results of this study show that debt to equity, independent commissioner, and audit committee have no significant effect on bond yield. While the interets rate SBI have significant effect on bond yield. Keywords: Interest Rate SBI, Debt to Equity, Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee, Bond Yield.
